1. You must have the legal right to view/hire certain types of products in your area or community and are not offended by certain types of adult novelties. By entering this web site you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this web site.
2. All goods supplied for sale by Smurfs Entertainments remain the property of the vendor Smurfs Entertainments until such time as they are paid for in full.
3. All goods sold/hired through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor Smurfs Entertainments can not be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
4. This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:
All goods that we sell come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of placing your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (P&P costs are non refundable).
5. The amount charged will be visible on your credit card statement as charged by Smurfs Entertainments
6. The buyer's credit card/debit card will be debited using Paypal.
7. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to www.smurfsentertainments.co.uk within three (3) days of the delivery date.
8. Products shown on this web site for hire or sale may vary slightly from the images displayed.
9. Smurfs Entertainments cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.
10. We ask you to print out a copy of your order confirmation for your files
11. Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery
Delivery charge per parcel for goods sold not hired is £5.00 on all orders, there is an extra charge if you wish your goods to be sent by direct courier service charge will be £15.00. All goods are sent by Royal Mail.
Should you require your goods urgently please advise us of this when making your order. Please also note that urgent goods or goods that require a signature will be charged at a higher amount of postage this is to cover the extra amount charged to us by Royal Mail.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. Sometimes this may take up to 28 days depending on our suppliers stock levels. The longest you may ever have to wait is 28 days this is in line with the Distance selling regulations . We must stress however that it is very rare.
If your are not in when your parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges apply to send the goods back out to you. |
